Sea Captain's House has been a favorite of the Grand Strand for over 60 years. We are a high-volume, fast-paced, oceanfront restaurant with an award-winning kitchen that is looking for dishwashers to join our team! Dishwashers play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food & beverage services. They uphold our standards of cleanliness for glassware, utensils, and tableware through proper sanitation protocols. Additionally, they contribute to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Dishwasher responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Availability to work mixed shifts between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM
Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen area by following proper sanitation procedures.
Uses the prescribed equipment and cleaning methods to assure proper sanitation; wash glassware, utensils, and dishware by hand or place them in the dishwasher machine.
Sweeps and mops kitchen floors; Washes work tables, meat blocks, walls and walk-in coolers and freezers
Follows safety standards, policies and procedures of the property, as well as on a state and federal level.
Projects a favorable image of the property to the public at all times
Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers, and supervisors
