The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to lead the marketing and patient-acquisition strategy for its national multi-clinic network. The CMO will be responsible for managing and optimizing a multi-million dollar marketing budget, owning the patient acquisition funnel from awareness to new-patient start, and building and executing an integrated marketing strategy across various channels. This role requires a minimum of 15 years of marketing leadership experience, with at least 10 years in a high-consideration, consumer-direct medical category, and a strong command of digital performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving enterprise growth, be adept at managing multi-location marketing strategies, and have experience in healthcare marketing compliance. Team leadership and experience in physician referral marketing or B2B partnerships are also key qualifications.
The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a powerful combination of executive business acumen, creative vision, and deep technical data skills. They will be expected to achieve measurable goals and KPIs related to patient acquisition, digital channel performance, and referral and physician channel growth. This is a remote position that may require travel to satellite clinics. The role is pivotal in the company's mission to deepen its brand presence and support individuals and families through their fertility journey.
