Content Creator - Graphic Design

The Marketing Blender is building a fast-moving, hybrid team in Fort Worth, TX that helps B2B brands look sharp, stay consistent, and convert through strong visual communication. This full-time role blends graphic design and content creation across campaigns, social, sales collateral, and presentations, with room to bring your curiosity, organization, and creative problem-solving. You do not need video or motion skills, but they are a welcome bonus.

Variety across industries and deliverables , from brand identity elements to landing page concepts

Concept and execute design deliverables including brand guidelines , marketing collateral, social graphics , presentations, and campaign visuals for B2B clients and multiple industries

Manage multiple clients and projects at once, producing creative work on time and on schedule

Write creative briefs and help lead launch meetings with freelance talent

Brainstorm and develop ideas, campaign concepts, and visual communication strategies that strengthen clients’ brands online

Partner with social media specialists to create attention-grabbing, on-brand social content

Collaborate with digital specialists and strategists to improve conversions through high-impact visual communication

Troubleshoot creative issues with the team, clients, and third-party vendors

Stay current on design trends, techniques, software, and AI tools

Adapt visual style, tone, and brand voice across different B2B industries and client personalities

Build a versatile body of work across typical marketing deliverables such as one-pagers, decks, ebook/whitepaper covers, email graphics, digital ads, and trade show and event materials

Use art and visual communication to solve problems, set a high creative bar, and make “boring” industries visually compelling

Bring fresh creative thinking and help elevate brand storytelling

At least 2 years of professional design experience with a portfolio showing range across industries and formats

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma

Comfort working in Canva , plus experience testing and using AI tools (example tools listed: Claude , Midjourney ) to support design and content work without creating “AI slop”

High energy and strong organization, able to move fluidly between clients, projects, creative challenges, and deadlines

Comfort collaborating with creative teams, strategists, and copywriters

Willingness to help wherever needed and maintain a positive outlook

Passion for B2B marketing and interest in telling great stories and building inspiring brands

Strong preference for web design experience, including landing pages, website layouts , and other digital experiences

Ability to translate campaign ideas and brand direction into landing page and web concepts that are visually engaging and conversion-minded

Ability to rapidly develop and visualize creative concepts across multiple directions before refining

Experience thriving in a high-volume, multi-client agency environment, balancing competing priorities and changing deadlines without losing quality

Solutions-oriented approach to feedback and shifting priorities, balancing creative ambition with client objectives, timelines, and budgets
