Conflicts Counsel Our client, a prestigious Am Law 50 law firm, is seeking a Conflicts Counsel to join its Office of General Counsel. This position may be based in several California offices, with a flexible hybrid work arrangement.
This position is ideal for an attorney with conflicts experience who enjoys professional responsibility matters, risk management, and collaborating with attorneys across a large law firm platform.
Collaborate with attorneys and firm personnel to identify, evaluate, and address potential legal and business conflicts
Support the client and matter intake process by ensuring submissions are complete, accurate, and compliant with firm policies
Draft, review, and revise: Intake procedures and firm policies
Assist in documenting and implementing conflict resolutions
Support risk management and compliance initiatives within the firm
D. from an accredited law school
Minimum 3+ years of conflicts analysis experience
Technical Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including: Excel
