We're hiring our first Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help scale Greybeam's sales motion.
As an SDR at Greybeam you'll be on the front line of our go-to-market-motion. You'll identify and qualify new opportunities, generate leads, nurture prospects through the initial stages of the sales funnel, and help convert early love for the product.
This is a high-impact role with real ownership: you'll partner closely with the founders, help shape how we scale our sales engine, and set the bar for future SDRs.

Run targeted outbound outreach to priority accounts and personas
Conduct outbound outreach campaigns via email, phone, and social media to initiate conversations with prospects
Close high velocity accounts and schedule and hand off high-quality opportunities to the CEO, setting them up for successful closes
Collaborate closely with the founders to share insights from the field and improve conversion
Help build and refine our outbound messaging, qualification criteria, and SDR playbooks based on what works
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system
Play a hands-on role in shaping the foundations of the sales team
Proven track record of success in a sales role (does not need to be in SaaS/tech)
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft) - big plus.
Demonstrated ability to leverage modern sales automation and AI-based capabilities (e.g., Clay, ChatGPT, Amplemarket) for efficient targeting and personalized outreach.
Deep technical fluency with the ability to explain and learn topics like database systems, file formats, transpilers - big plus
