Sales Manager Location: Cambria College Park Department: Sales & Marketing Reports to: Director of Sales & Marketing Status: Full-Time Salary Range: $53,000 - $60,000 annually (experience-based compensation)

As our Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind group sales and event coordination, managing every detail from initial inquiry to final billing. You'll build lasting relationships with clients, collaborate across departments, and help us hit ambitious revenue goals. Manage the full sales cycle for groups up to 50 guests, including contracting, detailing, and reservations
Create floor plans, event orders, and group resumes to ensure flawless execution
Prospect new business through calls, emails, site visits, and networking events
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely billing and payment collection
Stay current on hotel services, local attractions, and emergency procedures
Support the team with special projects and contribute to a positive work culture
1–2 years of experience in hotel sales or event coordination

• High school diploma required; Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Familiarity with hotel systems (Delphi FDC, OPERA, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and peak event times
