Check in packages as they get delivered at the front desk

• Provide general company/building information to employees and guests
• Assist the Facilities department as needed with various tasks and assignments.
• Assist in enforcing security protocol
• Create and manage security badges
• Assist with the mailroom as needed
• Answer a variety of incoming phone calls and redirect to appropriate parties
• Various other projects as needed
• Cover for receptionists at any of our Utah County locations

• This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Each new employee is responsible for completing all training requirements. Employees must adhere to all written and verbal instructions, promptly report and correct all hazards or unsafe conditions, question non-standard operations or unmitigated hazards, and provide feedback to management on all safety issues.
