Front Desk Receptionist (Part Time, Weekend Shifts)

Position Purpose: The position involves working part-time with flexibility for additional hours or overtime when required. Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors, and performing clerical duties. Providing exceptional customer service and serving as a role model for staff, clients, and customers is essential. High school diploma or GED
Reception experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
General clerical training or experience
Work a part time shift as assigned and be available to work additional hours when necessary. Overtime may be required.
Answer all incoming phone calls and direct to appropriate parties or take messages as required.
Perform clerical duties as assigned.
Serve as a member of the Clerical Team and participate in all team meetings and activities.
Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
Serve as a role model for other staff, clients and customers and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing Rosecrance.
Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays from 4pm-8pm, every other Friday from 4pm-8pm, and every other Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am-4:30pm.
