A Host/Hostess presents a positive first impression of the establishment's friendliness, excellent service and high standards. You greet guests upon arrival, inform guests of their wait time, monitor a waiting list, answer the phones, show guests to their table and bid guests farewell as they leave.

Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers.

Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service.

Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.

Answering phone calls, taking reservations and answering questions.

Helping out with other positions in the restaurant as needed.

Providing great customer service.

We are a casual, service-driven Restaurant + Brewery that serves high quality Spirits, Beer, and Food. Brewery + Distillery is a local restaurant, brewery, and distillery that is a dog-friendly, social hot-spot with four locations across the valley. Each location has the same casual neighborhood vibe with their own personalities. Guests can brew their own beer at our nano-brewery in Arcadia, tour our distillery in North Scottsdale, dine in the middle of our two-story brewery in Gilbert, or check out our production facility in Paradise Valley.
