Job Description CNA – Contract Assignment | Mitchell, SD 13‑Week Contract | 36 hrs/week | Night Shift
Position Overview We’re hiring a reliable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 13‑week contract in Mitchell, South Dakota . This schedule has variable hours and the chance to support patient care in a positive, team‑focused environment.
Assignment Details
Location: Mitchell, SD
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift: Variable
Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $1,214
Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
Provide safe, respectful, and attentive care
Document care accurately and follow facility protocols
Support nursing staff and communicate changes in patient condition
Maintain a clean and comfortable environment for residents
Requirements
Active CNA certification in South Dakota (or eligibility to obtain)
Current BLS certification
Previous CNA experience preferred
Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient‑centered care
