Head of Direct Sales

Role Overview The role involves running the sales process, leading a team of 6 to 12 in-home closers, and attending daily leadership meetings. The candidate will be responsible for coaching, team meetings, and ride-alongs in the field. The role requires a proven process and experience in high-ticket sales.

What You Will Do The candidate will attend daily leadership meetings, lead a team of 6 to 12 in-home closers, and hold every rep to the process. They will also build closers who can one day lead teams of their own.

Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate has closed in the home or sold high-ticket face-to-face and has numbers to back it up. Past leadership experience is helpful but not required. The candidate should be able to learn the process before trying to teach it.

Requirements Proven in-home or high-ticket sales experience

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance

Able to travel to Charlotte, NC for paid training

Evening and Saturday availability

Comfortable presenting in a homeowner’s living room and working from a tablet
