SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for an internal Bilingual Recruiter to work out of our very successful office in Chicago, IL. The Bilingual Recruiter is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch including recruiting new applicants, interviewing and placing candidates on work assignments, and partnering with clients to fill their open job needs. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for helping others and enjoy working in a team environment! Excellent communication skills are a must as this position will be working with client customers and applicants on a daily basis. Multi-tasking, ability to self-manage, and intermediate computer skills are also a necessity.
Shift: 8:00am-5pm

Conduct calls on a daily basis to recruit for open positions
Take in applications, assure all applications are completed properly.
Assure employees being recruited pass the requirements for the position they are applying for.
Help clean office as needed.
Preferred Qualifications of the Bilingual Recruiter:

• Bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English.
• 1+ years’ experience in a customer service role such as hospitality, restaurant, call center, or retail.
• Recruiting experience preferred
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, social media sites, and Microsoft Word.
• Able to work overtime as needed including weeknights, weekends, and early mornings.
