Ensure seamless alignment and collaboration across program teams, suppliers, and customers. - Champion the adoption and implementation of MBSE within the digital engineering ecosystem. - Create, review, and manage high-quality systems engineering deliverables in partnership with cross-functional teams. - Required Skills and Experience - Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance. - Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science from an accredited institution. - 3+ years of relevant engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years with a Master's. - Proven background in systems engineering: system design, requirements development, analysis, verification, and validation. - Demonstrated ability to coordinate deliverables across multiple engineering disciplines. Leadership roles in system architecture or lead systems engineering. - System architecture design for complex aerospace vehicles or subsystems using MBSE. - Familiarity with engineering analyses: affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, system security. - Knowledge of systems engineering processes such as RIO and TPM management.
