Speech Language Pathologist / Clinical Fellow (CF) – Early Intervention

Kids and Family is a warm, established Early Intervention agency looking to grow our amazing SLP department-and Clinical Fellows are absolutely welcome! For over 18 years, we have proudly supported Philadelphia’s youngest learners and their families by providing services to children ages 0-5 throughout the city.

As part of our SLP team, you will provide ongoing speech and language therapy services to a diverse pediatric caseload in Early Intervention settings. Our therapists work with children with a wide range of communication needs including autism spectrum disorder, childhood apraxia of speech, articulation and phonological disorders, expressive/receptive language delays, pragmatic language deficits, feeding concerns,
developmental delays, social communication challenges, and more.

Provide ongoing speech and language therapy services to children ages 0–5
Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and progress monitoring
Support and empower families through coaching and education
Build meaningful relationships with children and caregivers while creating fun, engaging therapy sessions

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Pennsylvania SLP License OR Provisional License for Clinical Fellows
Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply!
Previous experience working as a speech therapist, speech language pathologist, speech pathologist, SLP, SLP-CCC, CF, CFY or in speech therapy may make you a great fit for this role!
