Paralegal/Billing

The Forensics Concierge is a team support specialist and workflow coordinator. This role is a key part of the Forensics, Litigation and Valuation team, utilizing project management and communication skills. Maintains and files updated client contact information such as address changes, key contact changes across practice management and CRM systems.

Facilitate proactive project management to enable the team to meet internal and external deadlines.

Manages intake and organization of case documents. Maintain and annotate document inventory for discovery requests.

Prepare monthly billing and billing summaries.

Proof and produce final reports (edit, proof, compile in Adobe, send securely, etc.).

Maintains electronic library, subscriptions and files with assistance from the team.

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.

Ability to keep client and other professional matters confidential.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

2 years’ experience in accounting, administrative, customer services or hospitality experience preferred.

Basic understanding of family law and civil procedure is a plus, but not required.
