Recruiter Coordinator-Human Resources

Immediate need for a talented Recruiter Coordinator. This is a 12+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in San Antonio, TX(Onsite).

Pay Range: $20/hr - $22/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Provide a unified, positive onboarding journey that strengthens new hire readiness.

Analyze onboarding data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and measure success.

Deliver daily onboarding operations and provide direct support to new hires, hiring managers, and stakeholders.

Collaborate across HR functions to enable consistent processes and clear communication.

Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), Workday, and EMP Trust.

HR operations and compliance expertise , including hands-on experience with I-9 verification, E-Verify processes, and pre-employment requirements.

Attention to detail and data integrity , through accurate management of employee records and HR systems.

Project and time management skills , by coordinating multiple onboarding activities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.

Customer service and communication skills , through direct interaction with candidates, new hires, recruiters, and hiring leaders.
