In Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) solutions, you'll help develop systems that sense, control, exploit and disseminate actionable information to warfighters supporting a variety of missions. We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Adaptive Communication and Sensing (AC&S) product line as part of our Tactical Data Links Program Area. This role will report to the Program Area Director of Tactical Data Links and be responsible for the strategic oversight and execution of our newest products.Lead design, development and qualification of a new commercial product for defense customers.Manage both internal and customer funding streams.Required Education, Experience, & Skills7 years' work experience with Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience of experience in program or capture management and/or with functional activities related to the program lifecycle, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Demonstrated experience in building customer and supplier relationships, leading customer interactions and discussions of a technical and/or strategic nature.Ability to understand customers' needs and objectives.Financial management expertise and experience executing to revenue and profit targets.Personnel leadership and management of a diverse, cross functional team.The ability to develop creative solutions to highly complex problems.Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or DAWIA Level II/III.Experience with commercial products and product management principles.Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $153377 - $260743 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
