Facility Maintenance Handyman

We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Facilities Technician for a prominent client of ours. 1 – year assignment with the potential for extension/conversion based on performance and budget.
~Provides maintenance, mechanical and electrical performance for the facilities and utilities equipment at the site including: Vacuum, Compressed Air, Emergency Generation, Power, City and Well Water, HVAC Equipment.
High School diploma
- 2-4 years’ maintenance experience preferably in medical or health related environment
- General carpentry, electrical, HVAC, flooring and plumbing skills required.
- Must have computer skills in Word, and Outlook
