Plants trees, seeds and bulbs.Maintains all ornamental and flower beds.Prunes trees and trims hedges.Connects sprinkling equipment and waters lawn and flower beds.Operates snow removal equipment, plow trucks, salt trucks, as well as walk-behind and ride tractors with snowplows and/or snow blowers attached.Maintains shop, vehicles, and equipment. Completes daily time report at end of shift. Customer Service: respect, flexibility, knowledge, confidence, professionalism, pleasant attitude, patience and helpfulness. All responses should be timely, professional, caring, and respectful in accordance with Customer Service Performance expectations. Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environmental, and infection control standards. Understands and adheres to the Medical Center's Code of Conduct.
