Claims Adjuster - Remote / Telecommute

Detail-oriented professionals will find a fully remote opportunity as a PIP Claims Adjuster Associate, responsible for investigating automobile accident claims, determining coverage and liability, and negotiating claims within their authority.
Key responsibilities
Applies basic understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships to claims management
Handles investigations regarding auto claims, exercising limited discretion in coverage, liability, and damages
Learns to review, evaluate, and negotiate basic injury claims while identifying customer needs and ensuring satisfaction
Required qualifications
Early career professional with a background in claims or insurance
Basic knowledge of insurance policies and claims processes
Familiarity with medical terminology related to injury claims
Ability to recognize vehicle body parts and potential property damage
Customer service skills to effectively meet client needs
