Real Estate Paralegal (full time)

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for real estate law and a knack for managing closing transactions? Butler & College, LLC, a growing law firm in the Lowcountry, is seeking a General Brokerage Closing Paralegal to join our dynamic team in Mt. In this role, you'll be at the heart of real estate closings—working closely with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and attorneys to ensure each transaction is completed smoothly, accurately, and on time.

Coordinate with lenders, agents, clients, and attorneys to prepare and finalize real estate closing documents
Review and organize contract and title documents for accuracy and compliance
Draft and prepare closing packages, settlement statements, and related legal forms
Manage the file ledger and ensure accurate accounting of all incoming and outgoing funds
Previous experience as a real estate paralegal, closing coordinator, or similar role
Proficiency with closing software (Qualia is preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
