Compensation: Our Sales Partner Scholarship Compensation Plan guarantees a minimum of $20.00/hour for your first 12 months, plus unlimited commission opportunities. Sales Partners earned an average of $56,000+ last year, with top performers earning $100,000+ annually.

What we’re looking for:

• 18 years of age or older
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Your schedule will be provided at least four weeks in advance to help you plan ahead.

Experience in performance-based compensation environments
Proven ability to build relationships with customers, identify their needs, and recommend solutions that deliver an exceptional experience.
Tech-savvy, goal-driven, and motivated to deliver results by confidently recommending the right solutions for every customer.
What a Day in the Life Looks Like:

You’ll be the face of our brand, using your charisma and energy to connect with customers. Fostering relationships, listening to their needs, and offering technology solutions that truly make a difference.
