This role will involve providing high-quality nursing care in the cardiovascular operating room setting.Job DetailsStart Date: ASAPShift: 4x10 days (40 hours per week)Guaranteed Hours: 70 hours per 2 weeksWeekend Requirement: On-callResponsibilitiesThe CVOR Registered Nurse will be responsible for:Assisting with the pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care of patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures.Monitoring patient vital signs and maintaining a sterile environment during surgical procedures.Collaborating with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Floating within the nursing scope to meet facility needs.Complying with all policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and high-quality care.QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 1 year of CVOR nursing experience required; first-timers are accepted.Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and a current Alaska RN license are required.
