Veterinary Receptionist for Appointments
Animal Clinic Northview is looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Veterinary Receptionist for Appointments to join our team. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced veterinary environment, enjoys helping people, communicates confidently, and can multitask while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Animal Clinic Northview is a trusted multi-service veterinary hospital offering general practice, rehabilitation, advanced care, reproduction services, and 24/7 emergency medicine. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our Appointments Team. This role is the first point of contact for our clients, with a primary focus on answering a high volume of incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments across our busy veterinary hospital. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and keeping a fast-paced schedule running smoothly, we'd love to meet you.
Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls with professionalism and compassion
Help manage daily appointment flow to maximize efficiency
Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction
Work closely with doctors, technicians, and the reception team to ensure seamless communication
Support additional front desk duties as needed
Previous veterinary, medical office, customer service, or billing experience preferred
Comfortable working evenings, rotating Saturdays, holidays, and emergency situations
Full-Time (36+ hours weekly)
Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Rotating Saturdays: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
Shift differential pay available during designated ER hours, including weekends and overnight emergency coverage periods.
Shift differential pay starting at $22.95/hour during designated ER shifts
