Providence Health Plan Group
Providence Home Services Oregon is seeking a licensed RN to deliver direct nursing services and manage infusion therapy across home, clinic, or alternate living sites in Oregon and southwest Washington.
Practical requirements include an Oregon RN license at hire, licensure in states where care is delivered, and BLS (AHA) within 30 days. Prior infusion/home health experience is preferred for success in this role.
