WHY THIS ISN'T JUST ANOTHER PHARMACY JOB At Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy, you won't be counting by 5s in a retail setting or processing insurance rejections all day. You'll be caring for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needspeople who depend on you to get their medications right, on time, every time.

WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE: You'll work with group homes, behavioral health facilities, and supported living communities. Verify multidose medication cards with full-color MARs using AI assisted technology
Medication therapy management and drug interaction reviews
Have time to actually practice pharmacy (not just process claims)
We don't just serve the IDD community, we employ them. Every pharmacy has IDD employees (Social Coordinators, Environmental Services). We host gaming nights. We celebrate our patients as neighbors, not just "customers."

Paid on-call rotation
You're never alonework alongside other pharmacists, techs, and drivers
Regional Leader and Pharmacist In Charge support
National support team (IT, HR, Compliance, Inventory)
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
Active Texas Pharmacist License (or ability to obtain before start date)
Experience in fast-paced, high volume pharmacy setting
Immunization certification
Must be able to commute to Irving, TX (or relocate before start date)
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Hourly Wage: $65-$75 per hour
