Estimator (Estimator) Full-Time

We're looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join our team. You'll play a critical role in preparing accurate project estimates, reviewing plans and specifications, and collaborating with operations teams to help secure profitable projects. Review construction plans, specifications, and bid documents
Perform material takeoffs and quantity calculations
Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
Assist in preparing competitive bid proposals and project budgets
Identify potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities
Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Operations teams throughout the estimating process
Maintain estimating databases, pricing information, and historical project costs
Estimate work to include: concrete, masonry, framing, trim, insulation, drywall, siding, landscape and irrigation
3+ years experience estimating residential or commercial construction projects

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with estimating software is preferred
