As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. To be successful in this role, you will possess keen assessment skills, acute critical thinking, and a patient-first mindset, driven by a profound enthusiasm to help others. Identifies patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients and other persons in a position to understand care requirements; initiates plan of care
Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families
Promotes patient's independence by establishing patient care goals; teaching patient, friends, and family to understand condition, medications, and self-care skills; Assures quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards; measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and standards; following hospital and nursing division's philosophies and standards of care set by board of nursing, state nurse practice act, and other governing agency regulations
Graduation from an accredited school or college of nursing
Registered Nurse Licensed by the state of North Dakota (ND)
Bachelors of Nursing (BSN)
