Responsibilities Build relationships with prospective and current customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Learn about and confidently explain a variety of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Business Insurance
Generate and follow up on leads while identifying opportunities to grow new and existing customer relationships
Assist customers with coverage questions, policy updates, and ongoing service needs
Develop strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills through hands-on training and real-world experience
Learn and utilize industry systems, processes, and best practices with guidance from experienced insurance professionals
Meet with customers to review their insurance needs and help identify potential coverage solutions
Collaborate with team members to provide a positive customer experience and contribute to the overall growth of the agency
Requirements Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses are preferred but not required. Licensing support and guidance are available for the right candidate.
Self-motivated individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and build a career in the insurance industry
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Comfortable working toward individual and team sales goals

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or relationship-building is a plus, but not required
