Jack's Grill Cook Full Time

Within the DLM Meat and Seafood department, our Jack's Grill serves as a destination where customers can enjoy items from a carefully curated menu, or enjoy any of our proteins grilled to perfection. As we prepare for our upcoming location in Mason, Ohio, we're seeking a passionate and skilled candidate to be our next Jack's Grill Cook. If you love people and good food, join us in making The DLM Experience come alive in Mason.

What You'll Do:

Prepare and grill meats, seafood and vegetables to perfection.

Serve customers with enthusiasm and expertise.

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the department.

Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at every step.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• A desire to make folks happy by providing Honestly Better Food and Service.
• Food safety expertise.
• A willingness to learn about and taste great food.
• A willingness to practice the DLM Team Values: Be Honest, Safe, Helpful, and Hard-Working
• Previous experience as a grill cook or line cook.
• Effective communication skills.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• 18 years old or older.
• Holiday and weekend schedule availability.

Physical Requirements:

Standing for long periods of time.

Lifting up to 50 pounds.
