Help Build the Neighborhood Animal Health Team Nashville Deserves
At GoodNeighbor Animal Hospital, we're building a neighborhood-centered animal hospital designed around a simple belief: when veterinary teams thrive, pets and families receive better care.
As we prepare to open our first Nashville hospital in March 2027, we're seeking a doctor who wants to help shape a culture, build lasting client relationships, practice excellent medicine, and create a hospital that becomes a trusted part of the community.
This opportunity is ideal for veterinarians who believe strong medicine and a great life outside of work should exist together.
Help establish medical protocols and standards

• Influence workflows and hospital operations
• Build a collaborative, positive hospital culture
• Your ideas, voice, and leadership will directly impact the future of the hospital.

Deliver comprehensive medical, surgical, and preventive care

• Practice evidence-based medicine with strong diagnostic support
• Perform routine soft tissue surgeries and dentistry procedures
• Whether you're an experienced doctor seeking your next home or an early-career veterinarian looking for strong mentorship and support, we'd love to talk with you. We believe great medicine requires energized doctors, that's why our veterinarians work:
• Only 1 Saturday every 4 weeks
• A fair and sustainable system that allows time for family, hobbies, travel, and recovery

Sign-on bonus

• Relocation assistance
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• Paid time off and paid holidays
• Employee Assistance Program and mental health support
• Licensing, DEA and professional membership reimbursement
• Each employee receives coverage for two personal pets, including:
• Vaccinations
• Every GoodNeighbor veterinarian receives a $2,500 annual "Neighbor in Need" stipend to help clients access care when finances become a barrier.

No committee, no barriers, no guilt, just trust in your professional judgment to help pets receive the care they need.
If you're looking for serious medicine, visible support, sustainable systems, and the rare opportunity to help build a hospital from the ground up, we invite you to join us.
Strong medicine should feel human. A veterinary career should still leave room for a life.
Apply today and help us build the animal health team every neighborhood deserves.
