Human Resources Generalist (Entry level/Hourly)
TCRC
TCRC is seeking a Human Resources Specialist in Oxnard for an entry-level HR role. You will support workers’ compensation, wellness, safety, policy administration, and daily HR operations under guidance from the EHS Manager.
The ideal candidate has strong organization, discretion, and a willingness to learn, with 0-2 years HR experience preferred. This is an hourly, full-time position with benefits and room to grow within the department.
