Human Resources and Payroll Generalist - Remote
United States Digital Space LLC
Remote is seeking a Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions to manage international employee exits with a focus on legal compliance and outstanding service.
You will guide clients through terminations, resignations and transfers, coordinate with payroll, legal, benefits and HRIS, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced, remote setting. This role requires strong English, cross-cultural communication, autonomy, and a proactive mindset.
