You're a seasoned mortgage professional who thrives on building relationships, delivering exceptional client experiences, and driving results. At C&N, we're seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator II to join our Mortgage Lending team. In this role, you'll leverage your experience and market knowledge to originate and underwrite residential mortgages, develop strong referral networks, and help clients achieve their dream of homeownership. Mortgage Sales & Origination: Originate and underwrite conforming and non-conforming residential mortgages while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Interview clients, analyze financial needs, and provide clear, personalized mortgage solutions using C&N's suite of lending tools.
Identify opportunities to connect clients with additional financial solutions across deposit, insurance, investment, and trust services.
Community Engagement: Actively participate in community events to promote C&N and strengthen brand awareness.
Education & Experience – You will need a Bachelor's Degree AND 4-6 years previous related experience in a customer service setting, preferably in a banking environment OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong understanding of mortgage lending and market trends.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and community involvement.
