$25–$29/hour (DOE)

Full-charge bookkeeping for a variety of clients

Payroll processing and payroll support

Bank and credit card reconciliations

Journal entries and financial reporting

Assisting clients with day-to-day accounting questions and helping them stay financially organized

Qualifications

2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience

Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and/or QuickBooks Online

Payroll experience is preferred

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Experience working with multiple clients is a plus, but not required.
