A highly respected law firm is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join its Scottsdale team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong litigator who enjoys courtroom advocacy, developing case strategy, and taking ownership of complex civil litigation matters.

Responsibilities

Manage cases from inception through trial and resolution

Develop litigation and trial strategies

Handle depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials

Draft and argue motions and other substantive legal documents

Conduct discovery, legal research, and case analysis

Work directly with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and the legal team

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school

Active Arizona Bar license

Civil litigation experience required

Strong courtroom, deposition, and motion practice experience preferred

Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

Ability to independently manage a caseload
