Head of Engineering Programme Management

Program ManagerA Program Manager at HBK Engineering is a position that leads, supports, and directs teams consisting of senior/project managers, engineers, designers, and field personnel involved in the design, modification, analysis, and constructability of new and existing utility systems. This executive-level role involves leading teams to identify all project risks and develop mitigation strategies while working on challenging assignments that include investigating, troubleshooting, and solving a wide variety of engineering and construction-related issues.
