Plan, manage, and execute commercial construction projects from start to finish.

• Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Prepare and present progress reports to relevant parties, ensuring transparency throughout the project.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and schedules.
• Lead and motivate on-site teams to achieve project objectives effectively.

A successful Project Manager (Commercial) should have:

• Solid experience in managing commercial construction projects within the property industry.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Has overseen multiple commercial construction projects start to finish
• Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Problem-solving skills to address challenges during project execution.

Bonus typically ranging from 10% to 15%.
