Description
Ruchman is seeking to hire a Full-Time Recruiter to join our team. As a HR Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and assisting in the selection of qualified candidates. You'll collaborate with the HR team to attract top talent and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
This position is onsite and not a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to identify potential candidates for open positions.
Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews with potential candidates. Assist in conducting interviews and assessments.
Update and maintain candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or database.
Managing individual pools of candidates for multiple requisitions. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Assist in administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as drafting offer letters, initiating background checks, and facilitating onboarding processes.
Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Ensure compliance with government-regulated employment documents.
Ensure compliance with OFCCP requirements.
Assist the HR Team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, management, or similar major, preferred.
At least 1 year of experience working in HR recruiting.
Experience recruiting for a government contractor or a Federal/State agency is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking, and organization skills.
Strong problem solving and project management skills.
Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Ability to thrive in both individual and team atmospheres.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships at all levels.
An understanding of diversity recruiting, compliance practices and applicable Federal and State laws including OFCCP, EEO, ADA, and Affirmative Action.
Experience sourcing using multiple strategies to create candidate pipelines in a timely and cost-effective manner resulting in successful hires.
Desire to learn new markets and skills.
