Associate Litigation Attorney - Remote
BCG Attorney Search
A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney specializing in Civil Litigation in California, United States. The role involves handling a diverse range of litigation matters, including general liability, premises liability, transportation liability, personal injury, and property damage. The position offers flexibility with remote work options, except for necessary in-person professional engagements.
Duties Assist in all aspects of litigating civil liability claims in California state courts
Conduct initial review of plaintiff's complaints and draft responsive pleadings
Draft and respond to discovery requests and evaluate discovery responses
Engage in pre-trial and trial activities
Requirements Member of the California State Bar in good standing or CA Bar Exam passer pending admission
Ability to work in a paperless environment
Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Certifications California State Bar membership
Skills Familiarity with LexisNexis or Westlaw
Proficiency in MerusCase legal practice management software
