American-Ecotech-Lc is seeking a reliable Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant for a part-time, on-site role in Warren, RI. The position focuses on daily bookkeeping, invoicing, payments, and basic administrative duties within a small business environment.

Ideal candidates have prior bookkeeping and admin experience, proficiency in QuickBooks, CRM familiarity (Zoho preferred), and strong organization and communication skills to support the Finance Manager and project teams.
