Job Description
Join a dedicated team established in 1954 to cater to the medical needs of Garland County and surrounding communities. Our facility features an 8-bed Cardiovascular ICU, expanded Cardiac Rehabilitation, and Outpatient therapy departments, along with a pre and post cardiac catheterization lab area servicing three catheterization labs.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care in the Cardiovascular ICU setting.
Assist in cardiac catheterization procedures and post-operative care.
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
Educate patients and families on health management and recovery processes.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Current and valid RN license.
Previous experience in a Cardiovascular ICU is preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
