Head of Payroll and Payroll Accounting

Mason & Blair, LLC. A premier Accounting and Finance search firm, has teamed with a great SaaS client of ours in Boston on a search for an Accounting Director . This role is hybrid work 50/50.
As Accounting Director you will lead the global accounting function, overseeing the integrity and accuracy of the company’s financial reporting, close processes, and compliance framework. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations such as AP, Payroll, and GL, while continuing to build scalable processes that support a high-growth SaaS environment. You will manage a team of 8, reporting the VP/Controller.
We are seeking:
BS Degree and 8-12 years of experience in both public accounting and corporate accounting.
Experience in SaaS industry
Experience with Netsuite
