Exquisite Properties is seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Recruiter to join our team. You will act as a business consultant for these agents, showing them how their careers will thrive within Exquisite, building lasting relationships, and then introducing them to the rest of the team. Responsibilities: Identify and Recruit Top Talent: Proactively source and identify high-performing real estate agents through various channels, including industry events, social media, networking, and referrals. Serve as a business consultant for recruited agents, providing them with insights, tools, and strategies to enhance their performance and grow their careers. Conduct regular check-ins and business planning sessions with agents to ensure they are meeting their goals and leveraging the resources available at Exquisite Properties. Relationship Building: Provide market insights and competitive analysis to leadership to help shape recruitment strategies. Onboarding and Training: Collaborate with the training team to design and deliver training programs that enhance agents' skills and knowledge. Qualifications: Proven experience in real estate recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field. Strong understanding of the real estate industry, particularly in luxury markets.
