Key Responsibilities of the RN ER/ED

Provide high-quality emergency care to patients

Assess patient conditions and determine appropriate interventions

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Support patients and families during critical situations

Requirements of the RN ER/ED

Current RN license in the state of Louisiana

BLS and ACLS certification required

Minimum of 1 year of experience in an ER/ED setting
