Join a respected organization renowned for its iconic real estate developments.Job DescriptionFP&A Manager OverviewThe FP&A Manager will collaborate closely with the CFO, providing financial insights to enhance decision-making and drive organizational growth.Lead the annual budgeting process and manage ongoing forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support scenario planning and strategic initiatives.Contribute to scaling the finance function by implementing efficient processes and tools.Analyze financial performance, identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations to senior leadership.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with operational objectives.Prepare and present financial reports, ensuring clarity and accuracy for stakeholders.Join a respected organization known for its iconic real estate developments and industry leadership.FP&A Manager Key Responsibilities & DutiesOversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.Develop and refine financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario planning.Lead variance analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.Collaborate with the CFO to drive financial strategy and operational efficiency.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.Support cross-functional initiatives by providing financial expertise and guidance.Manage the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of excellence.FP&A Manager Job RequirementsBachelor of Science (BS) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis; 7 years preferred.Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools and methodologies.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.Experience in the real estate industry or related fields is a plus.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving efficiency.Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on-site responsibilities effectively.
