Job Summary
At Dungarvin , you will serve as a Program Director overseeing 3‑4 programs across Texas for individuals with developmental disabilities. Your role blends direct care with supervisory responsibilities, ensuring each program operates therapeutically, meets individual goals, and maintains regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Personnel management and program coordination, ensuring staff complete orientation and ongoing training.

Develop and implement individual goals, care plans, and program activities.

Oversee operations, medical, financial, and maintenance aspects of each site.

Maintain a therapeutic environment that promotes growth and preserves dignity.

Schedule, lead, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and ensure service continuity.

Communicate directly with case managers and service coordinators to support clients’ development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a human services field required.

Minimum one year of full‑time direct experience with individuals having developmental or intellectual disabilities.

Experience developing and implementing programs, managing budgets, and supervising staff is desired.

Strong decision‑making, time‑management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Able to document care and collaborate with internal and external team members.

Salary: $45,000 yearly
