Job Description

Plan and coordinate ocean, air, and ground shipments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Analyze logistics operations and optimize routing, transit times, and costs.
Coordinate bookings with carriers, trucking companies, and agents; confirm space and schedules.
Maintain relationship with customers, carriers, and vendors to ensure service quality.
Assess customer requirements and implement logistics solutions to meet service agreements.
Ensure compliance with U.S. and international regulations, including FMC, TSA, and customs requirements.
Monitor shipment status, resolve delays and address operational issues.
Review shipping documents for accuracy, including bills of lading and export filings.
Evaluate logistics performance and prepare operational reports.
Coordinate warehouse activities, including storage and cargo handling.
Collaborate with internal teams and global agents to support operations.
Identify process improvements and support implementation of logistics technologies.

Degree requirement: Bachelor degree in Economics, International Relations or Business

Experience: 24 months in the job offer or logistics coordinator
