Full Time Litigation Paralegal

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Location: This is a full-time, in-person position in Bastrop, Texas. Note 3+ years of direct litigation paralegal experience is required for consideration. This is a hands-on role for an experienced paralegal who can independently manage legal documents, deadlines, case files, attorney support, and client-facing communication.

Job Description Support attorneys throughout the full lifecycle of active litigation matters.

Prepare and organize motions, discovery requests and responses, proposed orders, correspondence, memoranda, and other legal documents.

Conduct basic legal research and gather information needed to support case strategy and preparation.

Maintain organized case files, legal documents, calendars, deadlines, and critical litigation dates.

Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other parties.

Assist with case management and day-to-day litigation workflow to keep matters moving efficiently.

Perform accurate data entry, filing, document management, and other administrative responsibilities as needed.

Proofread legal documents carefully and help ensure filings and correspondence are accurate and polished.

Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal.

Strong understanding of litigation case management, legal procedures, and deadlines.

Experience supporting attorneys with discovery, motions, legal documents, and case preparation.

Strong proofreading, grammar, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat or Foxit PDF, Gmail or Outlook, and Google Drive.

Strong phone etiquette and client service skills.

Familiarity with contract law and general litigation matters.

Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field is preferred.

Knowledge of local legal administrative procedures is preferred.
