About the Role: Shadow Light Studios partners with influential global brands like Snapchat, Monster Energy, and Golden Goose to create high-performing creatives for paid media and digital campaigns. We are looking for a talented Ads Graphic Designer who can produce scroll-stopping static ad creatives that drive real results across social platforms. Design platform-ready static ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and Google Display.
Produce multiple variations quickly for A/B testing and performance optimization.
Build thumb-stopping visuals that match client brand worlds, tone, and campaign goals.
Iterate rapidly on bold ideas, working closely with creative directors for revisions.
Maintain clean file structures and highly organized project folders.
A strong portfolio of static ad creative work demonstrating expertise in visual hierarchy, color, and layout.
Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Ability to work fast and deliver high-quality designs without relying on templates.
Bonus: Experience producing or editing short-form video ads.
